With over 25 years' experience of leading choirs, Chorleywood resident Sarah Stroh is delighted at the opportunity to establish a new choir on her home turf.  Sarah is passionate about enthusing and encouraging others to sing and about creating community through singing.  Since her university music degree and her postgraduate singing training at the Royal Academy of Music, Sarah has combined performing as a professional soprano with teaching singing and directing choirs.  Her leadership of female voice choir Jubilate over the past 20 years has led them to win numerous awards including the Gold Cup at the Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts.  Sarah teaches singing at St. Paul's Girls' School and The Royal Masonic School for Girls.  She has performed as a soloist in venues both home and abroad, including the Royal Albert Hall and Belfast's Waterfront Hall.

"It's hard to put into words what singing under Sarah's guidance has given me.  She's patient, hugely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to get the most out of singers to achieve the best sound.

With an innate understanding of her craft and an infectious passion for choral music, Sarah has taught me so much about singing.  Being part of a choir has introduced me to some of the best people I know, boosted my confidence, given me a new passion and some truly memorable experiences. "
